We ship orders throughout New Zealand only.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier services.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders over $100 within New Zealand.

Delivery requirements

Under New Zealand law, alcohol may only be delivered to a person aged 18 years or older.

Proof of age may be required upon delivery. If no eligible person is available to receive the order, the courier may refuse delivery.

Damaged or faulty goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at 03 3276389 or spirits@southerngrainspirits.co.nz as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected.

Change of mind

Due to the nature of alcohol products, we do not generally accept returns for change of mind.
