In accordance with the New Zealand Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, alcohol may only be sold and supplied to persons aged 18 years or older. By placing an order through this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or description, or if we reasonably believe the order may breach applicable laws.

4. Delivery requirements

We deliver within New Zealand only. Alcohol deliveries must be received by a person aged 18 years or older. Proof of age may be required upon delivery. If no eligible person is available to receive the delivery, the courier may refuse delivery or arrange redelivery at additional cost.

We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur. All products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities or cancel orders where necessary.

7. Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location or courier services.

8. Returns and refunds

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us promptly so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected. Due to the nature of alcohol products, we do not generally accept returns for change of mind.
